Same-Day Delivery in U.S. and Canada
In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Friday on orders received before 1 pmnoon both in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods) and locally. All orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered the following day. If you have any doubt as to when you think your order will be delivered, please contact us.
Peak Floral Delivery Periods
At peak floral delivery periods, such as Valentine's and Mother's Day, please order at least two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Sundays and Legal Holidays
Delivery service is NOT available in most areas on Sunday or legal holidays. Items requested for these times must be delivered the day before or day after the date requested.
Requests for AM or PM Delivery
The standard delivery charge of $12.99 will have your order delivered by 5:00pm of that day. Requests for Am or PM deliveries will honored if regular schedule permits. For orders requiring a certain time or a definite AM or PM delivery time there will be an additional charge. Please note however, that in some cases delivery may not be possible within the specific time constraints requested due to circumstances beyond our control.

*Bulk flowers may only be ordered by phone and must be placed 10-14 days in advance of pickup date. Please call 559-266-5480 to place your order.
*Delivery dates and prices fluctuate with seasonal and holiday availability and demand.
Although your order takes 7 days to process, we suggest you place the order from 10 to 30 days in advance.
Due to differences in monitor resolution, color intensity may vary from actual items. Slight shade variations from actual picture may occur.
Substitution Policy
To ensure optimum freshness, different varieties may be substituted based on availability. In making substitutions, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations, and that you will be satisfied with the flower quality and performance.
Flower Care and Conditioning
- These flowers are shipped dry and may appear wilted when you first receive them. This is natural, as they have been without water for over 24 hours and are very thirsty. The initial hydration process is imperative so your flowers are at optimum freshness and appearance.
Care Guidelines
- Unpack flowers immediately upon arrival but leave them in the corrugated wrap
- Let them hydrate 1-2 hours before removing the corrugated wrap
- Fill a clean container/vase with fresh, cool water
- Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline of your container
- Using a sharp knife or scissors cut flowers underwater and make a clean cut of at least 1/2" off the end of the stem
- Place the flowers in the prepared container
- Do not place flowers in direct sunlight and keep in a cool location
- Change water and re-cut stems every 3 days
- If these flowers are painted or glittered, do not submerse the heads in water and take extra care attaching to clothes as the colors may bleed
Important Pickup Information
Additionally, shipments may be delayed by diverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances such as U.S. Customs holds resulting in shipping and/or delivery dates being modified. No refunds will be given for these circumstance only reshipments if necessary.
Order Cancellation Information
Please note that all requests to cancel a floral order MUST be made within 10 business days prior of the scheduled delivery date of the order.
Later cancellations will result in refunds not being approved.
Please verify the pickup date before completing the order. Refunds will not be given if the incorrect pick up date is chosen.
